WSEC Board Meetings

The WSEC holds its regular monthly meeting on the first Wednesday of each month at Westmont Centre, One South Cass Avenue in Westmont, Illinois.  Meeting typically begin at 6:30pm.  All WSEC meetings are open to the public.  Community input is solicited at all times, however, only elected board members are eligible to vote on agenda items.

Committee Meetings

In addition, the WSEC typically has no less than 12 committees that plan and coordinate various aspects of community events.  Volunteers from the community are encouraged to be committee members and assist in the planning process.  Each committee has a chair who leads the group in making recommendations and work plans that will ultimately be approved by the WSEC Board.  Committee meetings are called by the committee chair and are scheduled as needed, typically no less than once a year.  Additional discussion occurs at monthly board meetings.
