WSEC Media

Over the years, Westmont Special Events has received wonderful press and media attention from throughout the Chicagoland area.  Our event has earned media attention from the Chicago Tribune and Sun Times, and has been featured on WGN-TV and WLUP radio with Jonathan Brandmeier.  The event has garnered additional local media exposure from Comcast, CLTV, WXRT, Jack-FM, Kiss-FM, The Illinois Entertainer, The Daily Herald, Suburban Life Newspapers and more!  This type of exposure greatly enhances our event.

One interesting feature was a news story by Chicago Superstation WGN-TV channel 9.  The news story featured Mud Morganfield, oldest son on Muddy Waters, and his first visit to the Muddy Waters Historical Exhibit in Westmont as well as his debut onto the blues music scene.  The story can be seen on youtube.com.
